Reiki

 

Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key ) is the Japanese word for universal life energy. Reiki is a form of spiritual healing using "universal life energy" channeled through the practitioner to the recipient. Reiki helps to harmonize body, mind and spirit for yourself or anyone you want to help.

Reiki supports and compliments almost every kind of medication and treatment used today. It can be used to speed up healing after surgery and increase the effectiveness of most medical treatments and /or bodywork.   It works well with all practices because Reiki is designed to systematically strengthen the body's absorption and use of life energy.

I use Reiki in conjunction with Light Body Ascension and Shiatsu when I work with clients privately. I have found this combination to be extremely effective in initiating a healing response from almost any individual. Many people come to me for issues ranging from physical injuries, emotional blocks and stress related illnesses and almost every one I work with has described an immediate shift in their energy from the very first session.

In addition to private sessions I also offer Reiki training programs for individuals who wish to learn the practice for themselves and for health care providers who wish to supplement their training with a deeper energetic approach.

Reiki is given in a series of 3 initiations or degrees

REIKI LEVEL 1

·      The history of Reiki and its principles for healing are discussed
 
·      Learn the basic hand positions for applying Reiki to yourself and for giving Reiki to others.
 
·      Receive the initiating attunement for level 1

Participants should wear loose comfortable clothing
